Day One at KT Health and Fitness

On your first day at KT Health and Fitness, you will experience something much different than all other health clubs.  You become our most important asset which sets “KTHF” apart from all others.  

Upon arrival you will be pleasantly greeted by one of our professional fitness trainers who will sit with you to “listen” to your needs.  Once we understand your needs we will be able to assess how to best serve you.

Step 1 involves a comprehensive fitness evaluation. During your fitness evaluation we form an idea how to design an individualized heatlh and fitness program exclusively for you. While performing our assessment our exercise physiologists will discuss your current health, fitness history, goals and our personal philosophy on improving your fitness development. This is an important investment that maximizes the benefit you receive from your fitness program. 

Upon completion of our comprehensive fitness evaluation and our clear understanding of your personal goals we will develop a program that will be safe, fun and effective to only your needs.
