KT Health and Fitness specializes in senior fitness and has worked with a variety of the aging population through their mid eighties. Our senior program consists of evaluating, and developing exercise to increase balance and coordination which is essential as later years approach. The prescription of exercises we use will both challenge and develop muscle movement. By developing body control you will be able to improve daily living needs.
