Professional Experience
Began working as a physical activity councilor (personal trainer for the student body) at the University of Connecticut, while helping out with laboratory testing and training protocols during my senior year. Completed a three month internship at Velocity Sports Performance, acting as a Sports Performance Coach, instructing young athletes in acceleration, multi-directional, and maximum velocity training. Then began training at BodyTuning, working with clients of all ages as well as novice to elite athletes through August 2008. Then in 2009 I joined the KT Health and Fitness team.
