Professional Experience
Personal Training experience began at Central Connecticut State University in 1999. Began coaching local high school sports in 2001. Assisted the Strength and Conditioning program of the Washington Redskins in 2002. Assisted the Strength and Conditioning program (for all male/female sports/athletes) at the University of Notre Dame in 2003. Provided services for the Connecticut Department of Transportations Worksite Health Promotion Program in 2003. Volunteered service for the Strength and Conditioning program of the Jacksonville Jaguars mini-camps in June 2004. Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Pennsylvania State University while accruing graduate studies in 2004-2005. Joined the team of Kneaded Touch in Fitness (now KT Health and Fitness) professionals in 2005.
